Our journey started where the flavors are boldest - in the bustling streets of Gujarat. We ran a beloved restaurant there, serving generations of families the exact recipes passed down through our own.
But when life brought our family to Jaipur, we noticed something missing. Despite the vibrant food culture and the large community of Gujaratis making the Pink City their home, the true, uncompromised taste of our heritage was nowhere to be found.
So, we decided to fill that gap.
